This is a 12" custom doll I have just finished working on of Farrah Fawcett as her iconic character 'Holly 13' from the classic 1970’s sci-fi movie ‘Logans Run’

To Make her I used the head from a vintage 1970's Farrah Fawcett doll which was released by Mego. I also gave her a fully articulated body from a 'Made to Move' Barbie doll.

I started off by cutting off all the original hair from the Farrah Fawcett head & rerooting some new doll hair. I then cut & styled the hair using the boiling water method.
I then shrunk the head to make it in better proportion to the Barbie body.

Her outfit was hand stitched using a glittery silver fabric which I dyed to give it a slight green shade similar to the colour of her outfit in the actual movie.

Her shoes were white Barbie shoes which I painted & added glitter to.

To complete her look I drilled a small hole in her hand & attached a tiny jewel to make her life clock.
