From an image I was shown, I think this guy is a Nagraj villain. I've done a bunch of small figures over the years, but they're still a bit frustrating. Annoying trying to work out which ones would be the easiest to modify into whichever character. But, they're making me glad I've started messing around with minis more. Makes these guys less tedious.

Head was...I think an Infinite Heroes Boomerang. I actually forgot, but I think that was it. It was an Infinite Heroes head for sure. They're smaller and balance great on smaller bodies. Sculpted up the full torso, belt, collar, shoulder pads, and the top of his shoes. Sanded down the hair and smoothed it over with sculpt. Then, I sculpted on the goatee and the mohawk. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
