I used a Return of Marvel Legends Steve Rogers for the base. Swapped arms with old Toy Biz fodder. Head is from Doc Samson figure(hulk/fing wave) I painted the hair and added the green headband. I used an old Marvel trading card for the design inspiration. Card is pictured. Used an old Toybiz Loki shoulder pad to cut and create pads with the scarf thing he wore a lot. I used a toothpick for the small lines painted, hated doing the X circle, hardest part by far. The fringe stuff coming off the shoulder pads is just cut up fabric bandaid, easy to use and sticks! I am happy to have this guy on my Xforce/Xfactor shelf. Fits right in. :-)
