When I went to second hand shop and found old figure of monster from doctor who I knew that he would make a perfect base for this custom. I've modified hands and made room for new feet, then sculpted them on with new chest details. 3rd arm and head are 3D printed and I made head so it could fit original neck joint and still be functional articulation point. Then it was just a matter of painting whole figure with acrylics. Vortigaunt scales well with my Gordon Freeman figure.
