HI guys ,for this custom I used the body of lotr grishnakh as the basis
I replaced the head (reprinting it with liquid plastic) with that of "american werewolf in london" (nightmare) repainted
for the hooks I stripped a neca predator
the spear is of a spawn figure
hope you like it :)

You created a really good looking orc soldier here with this kit-bash stuff. Skintone, weapons, it works fantastic!
Nice touch on the skull and side-arm.
I really would like to challenge you to try more with the painting. This guy is begging for more uplifted details.
