This one of the first of a pack of Moria orcs.
He got a new face, real hair, some extra cloth, a handmade sword, based upon the Weta pictures.
And a repaint allover to bring the metal to life. The paint as it is, had been done poorly, alas.

The look on this is so vivid. It's like the figure jumped straight out of the movie. Very gritty. I like it a lot.
