Background:
Little is known about the famed Cathar crime lord other than his cold and calculated brutality. He literally had to claw his way to get to where he is now. His colleagues know him as a respected business man, but his enemies fear him for being one of the most ruthless slave traders in the Outer Rim. Thousands of beings crossed him in his rise to power, and thousands more died because of it. Through blood and conspiracy, he earned his title as "Lord of the Chained".

Recipe:
The figure is a repainted version of Marvel Universe Beast, with the shoulder armor piece coming from Spero Toys' Baron Kah Lee, the cape from a Jedi soft goods robe, and the cybernetic eye implant was custom fashioned from the POC Jungle Viper night vision goggles.
