I have been wanting another Nemesis figure as I sold my Palisades one years ago. With how much they are second hand after the hype of the new RE3, I decided to make my own. This was definitely a challenge. I first had to decide on the new or old design. I chose the old as that is the design I liked best, after watching a cutscene from the Marvel Vs Capcom 3 Game on youtube.

The head, upper torso and right shoulder were sculpted by myself. The tubes were cutoffs from Bane. I had to grind down protrusion on Bane to make the costume fit tidely. Wrapped and glued tightly in leather material. The belts on the arms are tie wraps. The waist belts are leather material. Buckles are drilled cutoffs from other belts and straps from figures. Cut staples used on the head, mini gun from Neca's Cyberdine Showdown T800, the rocket launcher was originally a ship from a Neca Pacific Rim Gypsy Danger figure, which I molded over. The handle to it was off of a sonar from Neca's Aliens marine figures. The tentacle is a cut off from a Neca Alien warrior tail. The buttons are cutoff bottoms of the T800s Grenades.

I have drilled pin points into each hand for the tentacle and rocket launcher. To give the wet look on the blood tubes, mouth, eyes and tentacle I just brushed over them with glue. The skin tone was a brown wash mixed with a flesh coloured paint. The base is from an Iron Man/War Machine figure by Marvel/Diamond Select.

I hope you all like this as much as I do. I'm glad to finally have this finished.
