Hi, Guys !

To keep my orc-army constantly growing and growing...here‘s the latest member.
I guess, it’s No 13 of those with the typical armor /red garment, I‘ve made so far.

Snirg was upcycled from leftovers.
Merged the upper body, from Eowyn (in Rohan -armor), with the lower body, of one of these smaller Isengard orc warriors.

I’ve modified a Darth Maul-Head (cut off and repositioned jaw; added teeth ...) and resculpted the whole face/head.
The hair is sculpted as well.

For the first time, I‘ve sculpted the hip/thigh-guards and I‘m surprised, how well they’ve turned out. The forearm-guards are sculpted from scratch, too. I had to sculpt a little bit of chain mail, too. The rest of the armor is sculpted over plastic.
Like on the previous ones...the six pieces of the armor on the upper arms, as well as the shoulder pads and hip-guards are attached to the body only with straps, so they can individually and provide a wider range of articulation.
The collar and tunic is made of linen.
The loincloth is faux-leather. Faux fur on the back.

Added some details, to a Sam in Mordor-helmet.
Sword is sculpted from scratch.
The bow is sculpted over wire.
Quiver comes from an Isengard orc warrior, too.

I’ve used ProCreate and Sculptor vaseline.
Painted with colors of Citadel and sealed with varnish of Valejo.


Well, enough with orcs, for the next month...it‘s time to address myself to strengthen the opposite forces...
Next to come: twenty individualized gondorian soldiers.

Not sure yet, if I‘ll submit them all at once, or maybe in groups of five...
