-------------------- El Quasar is a 100% Panamanian Super Hero. His was conceptualized, designed an brought into comics By Julian Perez, Panamanian artist that in between his multiple jobs in publicity, cartoonist and others, decided 25 years ago to create this character. Never the less, it wasn't until 2016 that this comic was not produced, two more volumes where created afterwards. In 1995 the first volume was drawn, that is why we see square tv sets, multi color taxi cabs previous to the Panamanian yellow cab law, lack of mobile phones, and the very old Panamanian police uniforms of back then. El Quasar is characterized for including notes with lots of data and information of our latin american culture, with scientific explanations that became this readings as learning experiences. I really hope Julian Perez could produce more volumes of this, our Panamanian Super hero. In appreciation of his hard work and his comic I made this figure... Besides, I think the character looks really cool, love his design, and he really kicks A$$. Recepie. Marvel Legends Sentry. Removed Hair, applied Sculpt on head. Does the piping on his shoulder's hinder articulation at all?
Did you remove his ankle joints to paint them?
What did you do to protect his hips from paint rub?
