Very nicely done, really good paint job, love the cloak and the banner. I would point out though that he has Faramir's sword here, that doesn't take anything away from great work, just saying in case you didn't know and want to make a quick swap, though up to you. Still solid work though!

A sharp eye you have! Yes, you are right. The sword toybiz made was more a letter-opener than a mighty sword.
Making a new sword + hilt was too much trouble, so I swapped them.

True it is a bad sword. I’ve said this before in my posts that Toybiz made a wide range of versions of the same figure, I believe borromir has 3 different swords: the original which is small rubbery and badly painted, a oversized one that came with one version of the super articulated borromir and a perfect version which has a nice shine to it and is properly sized. So it is possible to make s perfect figure of each character using multiple parts but that does require buying multiple figures which can be expensive, though buying second hand and in bulk can save you that trouble, still like I said solid work and I like the ruby detailing also!
