I did outdoor pics with my Balrog. The sword is customized and made out of mdf wood.
For its size, outdoor is the best option. I needed dry clay for the looks of rock.
They are building houses nearby and it has been dry for a while now, so I took my chance.
I think the pics came out nice.

Just saw this. That’s awesome. I took some in the snow a couple years back but never got round to uploading. Looks like awesome area to shoot things like Mordor scenes

Ha, yes the scene was fine, but there is a house now
The way the "mountain" adds t the scenery is very nice.
Could try snow a next time (if it ever falls again here)
