A testimony to how well having the right parts helps with making a custom, this was a two-day challenge I gave myself for fun.
This is a juvenile Power Girl if she appeared in the Young Justice cartoon. As she is a younger version her costume is designed to be a bit more modest while preserving the classic colors and design of her outfit. She hasn't upgraded to a cape yet, so I gave her a scarf to make her look younger and represent how she is still in progress as a fully developed heroine.
