I was first introduced to Parker Robins aka The Hood while reading The Initiative and thought he was a cool character.

Everything painted and applied via airbrush except for fine details like the freckles and scars.

How do I keep forgetting about this guy? lol I really liked him during...I guess it was the Initiative run. Right when they were pushing him hard. Keep wanting to make him and then immediately forgetting. Ha. But this rendition looks awesome! I love it! He came out great!
