Wanted to make a custom Nemesis figure that rivaled the original one in terms of detail and gruesomeness. The original Biohazard Type-2 figure (by Mobydick toys) seen on the left in the last picture is shown for comparison. For this custom, a lot of sculpting was done to achieve the realistic gore and it is extremely poseable - a moveable jaw, swivel head, even the tentacles are bendable and some leather was used for detailing.
