Hey all! It's been a little while, I've been working on my Fwoosh Secret Santa project for this year, . I believe this is my fourth time in the last five years participating and I think I've put up my best showing yet. As it stands, I think he includes my most complex piece of sculptwork, that being his arms. The arms are fully resculpted after I sanded the hell out of them so they'd still move with all the apoxie over the top. It also might be the most eye catching figure I've made, thanks to the big fin and the TurboDork "colorshift" paints(definitely give these a look) that give a nice iridescent look. At the core of it he's just a Marvel Legends Lasher base figure with a fodder head, X2 Movie Nightcrawler's ears, and a bunch of hands. On top of that I added the fin, the mask, scales, gauntlets, belt, seams/piping, boots/shinguards, and the heel toe/spike thing. Then the paint is a combo of Model Masters, Citadel, and Turbo Dork with a layer of Testors Dullcote over the top. As far as accessories I gave him a knife and sheath that magnetize onto his back, along with three extra(four total) pairs of hands. I also made the fin out of clear plastic, so it has some translucency to it, and will look a bit different from different angles. Overall, I'm super happy with the result, and it seems like the recipient liked it as well! Let me know what you guys think.
