I just did this for the Fwoosh Secret Santa event ;) . The Phantom was in the list for me to choose, and as is a character I like, and I am familiar with it, I went to do him. I was asked to modernize it freely, and so I did, I imagined as how he would look if he was to start crime fighting today. I used a Punisher ML, with Hal Jordan head.
