I took the Titan Hero Captain America figure and remove his head then and painted his body I forest green then I painted the boots gold along with the hands and gauntlets and then I painted the torso with added detail that I painted a mint green color then I made the cape out of some fur like material and made the cape clasps out of rubber painted them gold and last but certainly not least the fishbowl dome I made that out of a ornament I painted it a white light blue and try to get that fog effect and that's about it
