Lt. Jolaak - Gand-Thora Special Commando
Another whose head is a butt. SW Head is Genosian Pelvis, the rest is a Ultimate Soldier US BAR Gunner. The canteen of from a Gear of War figure, the grenade from a GI Joe and the pack is from a SW Battle Droid. I should have painted a little pencil thin mustache on him, and I imagine he has the alien bug equivalent of a British accent.
