I took the Mr Freeze figure from the Cold Knight in Gotham 2-pack and covered him with shoe polish.
After the polish dried, I wiped the figure with a damp cloth to remove the top layer of polish which leaves all the details in the open spaces. Next I re-painted the glowing sections from his costume then painted his eyes.
All in all it was a simple customization but I like the way it looks
