From what I understand, this guy is the primary villain of Tiranga. Since Tiranga is their Captain America, I guess that makes this guy their Red Skull or Baron Zemo. I was actually trying to look up some character bios, but couldn't find anything on anything in this batch.

Sculpted up the belt and the skull on his chest. There are a lot of different designs for that skull, but we went with the cooler looking and more complex one to fix up. Sanded down the ears, gave him a full repaint, and all done!
