The recent DC Multiverse release of Alfred by Mattel looks like an excellent figure. I don't think I'll be able to come by it anytime soon, so I wanted to make my own approximation of it. I realised that this Alfred uses the same base as the DC Multiverse Signature Series Joker (The Dark Knight), and I was able to come by a few of those figures on discount, so I decided to customise that Joker into Alfred.

The shirt and the sleeves of the lower arms are resculpted. I also sculpted on the spats on the top of his shoes. The jacket with tails is from a Mad Love Joker, with the flower removed and then the resulting hole sculpted over. The bowtie is from a WWE Ricardo Rodriguez. The hands are from a Batman Missions Joker. These Multiverse figures are really hard to customise and I pretty much completely destroyed the original Joker hands in trying to removed them. The part of the custom that required the most work was the head. I was rummaging through my bin of heads to see what would fit, and the only one that was in scale for this was a Movie Masters General Zod. It seems like a bit of a weird choice, but after resculpting and adding on the moustache, I think it works. Thanks for looking!
