Someone asked me to repaint their Justice League Superman statue so here he is, back in black. It was pretty simple, I took the cape off and painted it satin black. Then I taped up Supe's skin and painted the suit flat black with the gunmetal grey belt/chest logo. I added some blackwash and dry brushed colors to the base to give it a bit more life and also fixed all the little missing/scratched off paint that it came with. Then all I had to do was sculpt/paint his beard and glue the cape back on. Simple but effective.
