I found someone selling a Mandroid series Red Skull without the head for really cheap, and someone else selling the Abomination series Iron Skull with all of its accessories (no BAF) for a reasonable price, and decided to get both and just use the one head for both. When I got the figures, I realized that the head from the Iron Skull and the neck from Red Skull were different shades, so I decided to get creative with my fix.

I popped open the chests of both figures, and put the jacket, arms, and holster from the Red Skull figure onto the iron skull figure. Not too complex, just careful/tedious work trying not to break anything or get superglue everywhere. Overall, I'm really happy with how this turned out.
