Man, this one was random. I didn't plan on making her. I didn't even really want to make her. But, for some reason, she kept sticking in my mind. So to clear my head, I decided to give her a go. I guess it balances out since I made the original Captain Universe a few years ago. Nothing much to her, really. Just a BossFight repaint with lots of line work and dots, and finished!
