His base was a Magneto from Toy Biz's XMen movie.
Well, the interesting thing here was the use of a special rubber, stronger than EVA fabric, which I found by chance and used to make much of the magician's clothes and hat. Although the chest and face received epoxy (in addition to the leg that was "stretched"), the rubber covers much of the custom.
But for the belt and the bag, I used a normal EVA.
