I often see people make drool with hot glue, but it usually looks off. You nailed it though! I guess the secret is to NOT use hot glue haha.

Any tips for using that e600 glue? Does it dry as you use it, kind of like a 3D printing pen?

first off use it outside or well ventilated area, it smells horrible. you can handle it in about 2 hours, takes a bit longer to fully set. I put a small amount on a tray then used a tooth pick to apply to the mouth. I got the idea from vids on how to apply drool or blood to miniatures. they use a glue called uhu which is the same as the e600
