Revisiting one of my favorite xenomorph concepts, the predalien. Mostly because it's something I've always wanted as a figure, and NECA has yet to release an updated version of the creature. They will eventually, of course, but I am impatient, and they pretty much give you the pieces to make one yourself, if you have a bit of creativity.

I used multiple previous predaliens as reference when making this custom, such as the one seen in the 2010 AVP game, and the AVP comic Blood Time. I wanted it to come across as more xeno than predator. After quite a bit of trial and error, I managed to make a version I was satisfied with. The paint job especially is one of my favorite projects.

Base figure and head is from the AVP Grid alien, with lots of sculpt work on the head. Hands are from the ultimate '86 xenomorph warrior, and he back spines are from the NECA Diablo figure. As are the lower legs, which were attached to the alien legs with sculpt. Various other sculpted details throughout the figure. Wrapped it up with the signature reptilian predator coloration (of which I am quite proud of).
