A simple head swap with some glasses made from a piece of clear plastic, a paper clip, some Sharpie and glue.

The Superman head has a ball peg that seems fixed into it and luckily Hugo was the same. The Hugo neck socket on KT needed to be widened slightly. The glasses were originally made to hold as a prop but I decided to clip the hooks off and make two tiny holes into Supe’s hair so the glasses peg on. The “note pad” is a small book that came with Hugo Strange and the pencil is the end of a painted toothpick.

He’s a bit skinny but so is the NECA Superman (see pics - the proportions are identical!)
