The released ML Citizen V was great but I wanted a more comic book accurate figure.
Base figure was a ML Darkhawk.
Head trimmed and readjusted/sculpted the mask.
Left shoulder pad, I added stars that you use to decorate your finger nails with.
Right shoulder pad, I cut and used red stickers for the stripes.
Sash in from a ML Phoenix figure.
Lower arms are from ML Black Daredevil figure
Boots are covered in craft foam.
Cape is from my fodder bin. But instead of painting the inside white I just adhered white craft foam. Still blue on the outside.
Sword is a Ninja Wolverine accessory.
Painted the figure and then done.
