OK I did say that my next Marshal Law custom would be Private Eye -I am still working on him-but once I started Persecutor I couldn't stop!

He is basically a Sentry repaint-I removed the cape, trimmed the belt down and moulded a different hair style on him.

The Persecutor appeared in "Crime and Punishment Marshal Law takes Manhattan" comic book-he is a tongue in cheek character mimicking one of my favourite Marvel characters, The Punisher, and that was another reason I had to make this custom.

The costume base colour is a little darker in the book but I think it is a fair representation. I also wanted the face to have the dark rings round the eyes-similar to the Mike Zeck Punisher-and to give that manic look as in the comic book.

Apologies for the head tattoo- I did wonder if I should paint it or not-but I wanted to make a faithful resemblance to the comic book character so I left it on.It does not represent my views or beliefs in any way.

One of the guns was a Duke Nukem one with an added sight on the top-the other was thrown together from my spares-the main body of the gun was from the old Toy Biz Spiderman Animated Series Tombstone with a barrel added and the different grip. The belt buckle is made from plasticard and the belt accessories were again from my spares.

Hope you like him-and I WILL be posting Private Eye soon-promise!!

Thanks for looking

Hi there-thanks for the feedback- The Persecutor was in the Marshal Law comic book only-he was only in a one-off comic-check out "Crime and Punishment Marshal Law Takes Manhattan" its basically a parody of Marvel heroes, the Avengers,Spidey,Punisher etc, etc. Well worth a look. The comic is by Epic Comics and it was made in 1989-I'm sure you should be able to pick it up from a website or somewhere similar quite easily.
Thanks again for the comments-glad you liked him.
Cheers

Wow he's awesome! I've been loving your Marshall Law series, and it's got me really wanting to check this character out. So he's a 2000 AD character right? The only one I was familiar with was Judge Dredd. If it's anything like that, I'll love it.
