I liked the concept of Deathtroopers when they were introduced, but was a little disappointed that they haven't been featured as much in more Star Wars work. Considering they are considered the special forces of the new canon, I figured that they would show up a bit more, which is where these figures came in. Found cheaper than normal, I decided to do some light work with them.

These are kind of a 'What If?' pair of figures. For those who have played the second Battlefront, the game centers around Inferno Squad, which is an Imperial special forces team. In canon, there are only 4 members, so this kind of reflects the idea that they had a pair of Deathtroopers assigned to them. To match, they painted their armor in Inferno's trademark red color.

Fairly simple repaint, just took numerous coats of red to get it looking good and covering well.

Each figure comes with a blaster rifle and pistol.
