Thank you for following my Sintra-PVC Mecha post brother Banner/HULK Inc. The key to these Japanese Super Robots scratch build is Illustrating the whole body of the robot into an A3 bond paper to establish the scale and proportion. The illustration serves as a robot parts reference. The challenge is always on the fitting of the assembled parts especially it the project is a Robot-vehicle combiner.The fun part is in case I cannot reproduce some parts using Sintra and PVC sheets, I just just recycle or re-purpose things, for Mekanda I used juice stirrer as ear antenna, plastic gold neclace as ears. ball Plastic Christmas balls as Shoulders, cut plastic basin as shields, Ref magnets as knee axle cover, Rope Christmas lights as boots lace :-)
