body from the vintage cyclops, head from invincible iron man, wings from hawkman. used my x-acto knife to lightly scrape off some of the blue on the torso, switched out his hand with namor's and sculpted the tony stark head. hawkman wings tend to stick out too much if you use them as is, so I sanded down the part that goes into the back, and made a slot in the back for it to fit into.
