Finally getting to one of the female characters from Raj Comics. Shakti seems to be a voodoo type. As usual, I don't really know much else about the character.

Skirt was from a BossFight elf, fully smoothed over with sculpt, and then I sculpted the belt and skull over that. Sculpted up the top of her lower leg wraps, lower arm wraps, knees, and arm bands. Also sculpted up her entire shirt. Hair was a cast from AvacsLab. Knife was a random hilt with a sculpted blade, and the flame came from Iron Fist. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
