More from Clive Barker's Nightbreed, a horror fantasy from 1990 based on the novel Cabal. This time it is Aaron Boone after he becomes Cabal, as seen in the Director's Cut. After inadvertently causing the fall of Midian, Boone is beckoned by the god Baphomet. He is christened "Cabal" and charged with rebuilding what he has destroyed and to find the god when that has been accomplished. Later that night, Lori sacrifices herself rather than lose her love to this new calling, and Cabal bites her, passing the balm on to her and reviving her as one of the Nightbreed. The figure is based on this scene at the very end of the film. I used a Spike figure from Buffy the Vampire Slayer for the body, and the head of a Hawaiian Angel figure (the same head I used on my other Boone figure). I used the jacket from a Superboy figure, adding bullet holes in the appropriate places. I made the mullet using hair from a custom cast resin head. After painting, I added the markings on his forehead that signify his transformation into Cabal. I added a promotional still from the movie for comparison. Be sure to check out my other Nightbreed custom action figures! Please wait... |

You have destroyed our refuge. This was inevitable. No home is forever.
You must rebuild what you've destroyed. You must find me, heal me, save me from my enemies.
You are no longer Boone...you are CABAL. Save me from my enemies.
