This is a figure of Logan as he appeared in the movie, The Wolverine. I loved his all black suit and waist coat style in the movie, so I decided to make a figure. I used the waist and legs from an Angel figure from Buffy The Vampire Slayer. The legs are the same length as the ones Toybiz use for their Wolverine movie figures. The torso, waist coat, and arms are a Spike figure from the same series. The torso was too long, so I cut it down a bit to match the size torso used by Toybiz for their Wolverine. I want my figures to match the existing Xmen line of movie figures. I used the clawed hands and from an Xmen 2 Wolverine, the one that comes in a tank top. I liked that head sculpt best on the figure that came with the trademark leather jacket, so I used it for my custom. I had to retool the neck so that it would support the Toybiz head. I used sculpy to fashion a shirt collar, and I used a necktie from the Alfred figure from The Dark knight. I only had to paint the shirt and tie, and the hands to better match the head. Voila, Logan in Japan!!!
