This is The Heel, a character from some comics I created back in college. Very rough, poorly drawn and poorly written comics. if you feel like abusing your self do a Google search for Weakcut Comix and you will find them. The figure is an Indiana Jones Mutt Williams and the head is a Superman: Man of Steel Zod with a lot of sculpting. The card is just the cover of the 2nd mini-comic I drew resized for a card. Voila!
