Man, where do I start?

I started this project YEARS ago. I really liked the Battle Chasers comic, and was upset with its terrible release schedule and eventual cancellation. I thought that the character design and concept were great, and I wanted to try to make figures that I knew would never see the light of day. That being said, making these figures came with a slew of challenges. Firstly, the character designs themselves. As great as Joe Mad's artwork was, the characters never had a consistent costume. Hell, their costumes often changed from panel to panel! So I tried to make the overall look of the character that happened to show up the most LOL.

Then, Battle Chasers: Nightwar came out. Yet more costume variations AND a new character out of nowhere: Alumon.

After that, the designs were cool, but largely impractical, so it was a B!#*%& to find parts and cobble them together into figures with some articulation and relative poseability. It literally took years to find and gather the parts for Garrison, Red Monika and Calibretto.

Whew.

Also, Calibretto has LEDs in his eyes and chest, so that was another challenge as I don't often work with LEDs and wiring.


All that said, I like the way that they came out, and I hope you guys enjoy!
