As part of my WW2 Invaders lineup I liked the idea of having Batman in there as he is one of my favourite characters.I picked up the Batman figure from the elseworlds story "JSA The Liberty Files".

I liked the figure but it lacked the articulation and it was too big to fit in with my lineup. So I chopped him up-taking the goggles,cape,accessories and belt from the Liberty Files Bats and putting them on my own figure. I liked the way it looked. I also took the grappling hook/Batline from the DC Universe Batman figure and swapped the hook for a more batarang type look.I never did like the grappling hook that came with the DC universe Bats but I thought it fit in well with a WW2 Batman as it looks a bit clunky and not so high tech as its modern counterpart.

The base figure was a Mattel Batman-can't remember the exact name but it came with a searchlight. Plus it had a little head so I pulled that off and added the head from the zip line Batman as it was more to scale. I also removed the original Batman belt and placed the Liberty Files Batman belt on the figure.

The binoculars,machete and pistol are also from the Liberty Files Batman. I added the satchel which I think came from a Green Goblin figure and I also added a thompson machine gun-you can just see the gun and the handle of the machete sticking out from the cape. The leg pouch is from Stealth Wolverine.The only paintwork was Bats gloves,boots and shorts plus I added sone detailing to the cowl in the form of plasticard strips to give it some definition.I painted this all black.
