Not much of a recipe for this one a straight repaint -that's it! Public Spirit is a character from the Marshal Law comic books- He is part of the range of characters I have done (and I plan to do others) from the Marshal Law comics. Enjoy! You'll have to do Marshall Laws partner KILLO TON to finish the set.
you wouldn't believe how long he took me! all the lines are drawn in fibre tipped pen-took ages! I outlined all the costume details to give him a more comic book look-I think it came off ok.
I am planning to do more ML customs-I will be doing Private Eye and I am working out to attempt a "Golden Age" Public Spirit. Keep watching and thanks again
