SWEET CHRISTMAS!! you nailed this one! Black Goliath first appears in Luke Cage #24. And what an audacious costume it is. Yellow high collar? and yellow Bucket boots?? Even the Village People weren't this flamboyant in public. Only black guy I can imagine would go heroing with his gut hanging out & belly button showing is maybe Tracey Morgan as Redd Foxx playing SuperFly. But I loved those 5 issues of Black Goliath. They should have done more with the character than have him get sick & kill him off. Why did he not join the Avengers? or Defenders? There was an almost joining The Champions. But why not? 70s too early for a scientist smart black guy? Only ready then for street smart jive talking stereotypes? Loved Luke Cage anyway!! The original version!!

Your version of BG is right on the mark. I love the face you chose and his body size & shape are perfect for Legends figures. As is the attitude. Been wanting someone to do justice to this original look for a long time. Thank you for getting him right (on, man!!).

But you listed him as only Goliath. A search for "Black Goliath" will not bring your listing up for others to see. Can you alter it & add the "Black"?
