Torso, arms and legs are a GI Joe Retaliation Lady J figure. Head is from a Jurassic Park Dr. Ellie Sattler figure. The belt is from a SW Rebel Trooper and the jet pack is from a SW Mandolorian figure.

I imagined before being promoted in the ranks up to Vice Admmiral, Holdo had a career as a front line combat leader. I thought she looked cool that way anyhow.
