From the 70's Saturday morning cartoon block (CBS?) of "Manta and Moray," Moray was a human female, lost at sea as a little girl, saved and raised by dolphins. Songbird for the base, cut a grove in her hair to make the headpiece, Green Stuff for her outfit details and making her toes, craft foam for her collar. Manta is on the worktable
