Using Finn's body as a base, I swapped out the jacket and arms for Poe Dameron's, using the hands from the Han Solo film's Lando Calrissian to change things up instead of just using Finn's hands; the alternate head from the Black Panther figure finished things off

Not sure if you still active on here but how did you switch out the arms and jacket did you by chance had to glue them back together?

I heated up the shoulder and wrist joints and popped out the pegs. The figure's torso is soft vinyl, as are the jacket sleeves.
