Hi, guys ! Here‘s the first, of the orcs, based on those headless Guritz-figures, I was able to grab super-cheap, thanks to Edgy3, who gave me the hint, where to get `em !!! My goal was to let, each of the three, look differently, even though they share the exact same base-figure. ...and I wanted to give them all an unhealthy, unique skin-tone, by being experimental with new combinations of colors and techniques, which technically don’t appear, in the citadel painting-system. Recipe: Dremeled off the „meat-balls-collar and replaced it by one, made of weathered textile. Body-; back- and shoulder/upper-arm-Armor is sculpted over rubber, or plastic. Shoulder-armor is free-floating, to maintain arm-articulation. The head is sculpted over an Eomer-head. It’s my very first orc-head-sculpt, almost five years old. At last, he’s got a fitting body. Added bi-colored faux-hair. Cut off the spikes, on the shoe-tips almost completely, flipped them up and sculpted the space underneath. Added a plastic-bone-handle to the blade of an Isengard-orc-axe, to have a meat chopper. Repainted 95% of the figure. Citadel colors : Pallid wych flesh Drakenhof nightshade Flash gitz yellow Khorne red Nuln oil Imperial primer Leadbelcher Typhus corrosion Rhyza rust Blood for the bloodking Sealed with Valejo satin varnish I hope you like it ! Haha, well he‘s actually using products, by Vidal Sasson exclusively, cause he‘s more into the natural greasy-stringy Ombré-Look, with less volume. 😉 Kind regards !
