This is a character named Robo, who is technically a fan character though he's apparently based off Robotknight from Power Rangers super megaforce, just in a more snappy suit rather than the robot power armor lion face thing. The thing is MOSTLY a repainted Batman V Superman Lex Luthor, though I used a little bit of sculpt on the hands, feet, and waist to look a little robot-ish and totally sculpted the helmet design over Lex's original head after cutting his hair off.
