Some more deep DC obscurity here. This Legion of Superheroes villain is Grimbor the Chainsman. He is a master craftsman, and I believe made these different types of chains. Including a Kryptonite chain and manacles.

Sculpted up the boots and bracers. Fully resculpted the hair, as well. Glued some small chain to him, then gave him some chain accessories. Took me a while to find good chain of the proper colors, but it was worth it in the end. Manacles were repainted from the Wolverine Origins Weapon X figures. Full repaint, and all done!
