This is really a Ms Marvel and Mohawk Storm mashup with boots and forearms from Storm. Lots of Model Masters yellow, some black, Testors light blue and white. I trimmed Kamala’s scarf to just a kerchief and used Songbirds belt with a bit of clay and cardboard.
