I used a phantom stranger body. Removed head, hands and cape. Then I glued( before I discovered sticky Tak) a lex luthor head from a larger mech suit figure. Hands are from a wwe figure( most are identical). Had to glue those but still have articulation on the arms enough where it doesn't effect play or poses. Brush painted to even things out and added a kabuke mask from swoosh feudal figures for a story to go with the figure. Even lex luthor travels to Japan. Adds to his villan side.
